The owner of Transnational Property Investments LLC, brings with him 17 years of investor property management experience in Texas and Ohio. Specializing in cost control and creative management of properties, Mr. Allam is a tireless advocate of maximizing investor returns and building long-term relationships with international partners. Mr. Allam has been very adept at assembling a solid team of experienced real estate professionals in whom our current investors have great confidence.

Nicholas A. Zarnas is a Real Estate Broker with over 35 years of experience in all aspects of the Real Estate Industry. In his career he has sold, developed, built, rehabilitated, syndicated, and managed every kind of Real Estate while using every type of private and public financing sources available.

Mr. Benson is a 1992 graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Law with a JD/MBA in law and management, and has been in private practice since 1993. He is licensed to practice in all Ohio courts, including the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Ohio. In February 2013, he was admitted to the highest court in the land — the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Benson’s articles on corporate law and litigation have appeared in print and online publications nationwide. Prior to law school, Mr. Benson was the personal assistant of a medium-sized New York City developer with a portfolio of $22 million in residential and commercial properties.

Mr. Applegate is a lifelong Cleveland resident. He received a B.S. in Economics from DePauw University. Mr. Applegate obtained his real estate license in 2004 and was a successful entrepreneur, having built a multi-million dollar real estate property portfolio consisting of more than 45 properties. He is excited to bring this expertise to the Transnational Property Investments team. He has a knack for analyzing a situation and putting a plan of action into effect. Most importantly, he is able to follow through on a plan to see projects completed. Mr. Applegate is a proud father of two wonderful teenage boys.

Mr. Williams has a broad range of work experience, forming a strong foundation for his position of Senior Property Manager at Transnational. He has been involved with investment real estate for over a decade. As a property manager, 90% of his portfolio has come from managing receiverships for major financial institutions where he’s had to manage teams of up to 20 people throughout N.E. Ohio. In managing receiverships, he’s had to transition properties through various owners; work with agents to get the properties listed; assist the agent throughout the sales process; and transition the new investor to his new asset. His areas of property management expertise includes: daily operations; receivership court reporting; property insurance; property tax issues and negotiations; property audits; maintenance programs; and the training of leasing agents and property managers.
